Every appointment is time we’ve reserved just for you. When we all honor our schedules, we can give every patient the attention they deserve.
If You Need to Change Your Appointment
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. This allows us to offer your spot to another patient who may need care.
Late Cancellation – $50
For changes made less than 12 hours before your visit, a $50 fee applies.
Missed Appointments – $100
If you can’t attend and don’t let us know, a $100 fee applies. We understand life happens — serious emergencies such as hospitalization, medical emergencies, a death in the immediate family, arrest, or severe weather are exempt with written proof.
Card on File
We keep a credit card on file to secure your appointment. It’s only charged for late cancellations or missed visits.
