Ruby Ramos

Ruby Ramos is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner in family and psychiatric mental health, as well as a nationally certified expert in advanced diabetes management. As Chief Clinical Training Office at Top Tier Psychiatry, she brings more than 14 years of experience to patients across the country, offering a well-rounded, compassionate approach to mental health care.

Ruby earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Charles Drew University—an academic partner of the UCLA School of Medicine—and completed additional training as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner through Herzing University. Her broad clinical background spans internal medicine, psychiatry, and chronic disease management, giving her unique insight into the connection between physical and emotional health.

At Top Tier Psychiatry, Ruby specializes in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns in children, teens, and adults. She combines therapy, medication management, and personalized strategies to deliver care that is both evidence-based and deeply human.
