Do you treat children and teenagers?
Yes. We treat children, adolescents, and adults. Many of our younger patients are dealing with ADHD, anxiety, or mood changes that are affecting school and home life.
Do you prescribe ADHD medication?
Yes. We prescribe stimulant medications like Adderall, Vyvanse, and Concerta, as well as non-stimulant options. We evaluate each patient individually to find the right medication and dosage.
Can altitude or seasonal changes affect mental health?
Yes. Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is common at Flagstaff's elevation, especially during long winters with limited daylight. Altitude and isolation can also contribute to mood changes. These are treatable conditions and something we see regularly.
