Who We Help in Burlington
Burlington has always been a community that gets things done. From the textile mills that built this town to the LabCorp labs and Honda Aero facilities that drive it today, people here work hard -- and they carry a lot. If you are dealing with anxiety that will not quiet down, depression that makes it hard to get through a shift, ADHD that has gone undiagnosed for years, or medication that just is not working the way it should -- we are here to help.
Triad Mental Health Partners has an office right on South Main Street in downtown Burlington. We see patients from across Alamance County, including Elon, Haw River, Glen Raven, Mebane, and Graham. You do not have to drive to Greensboro or Durham to get the psychiatric care you need.
What We Treat
We provide medication management and psychiatric evaluations for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PMDD, insomnia, and other conditions. If your current medication is not working or you have never tried medication before, we will work with you to find the right approach. We also offer GeneSight genetic testing to help identify which medications are most likely to work for your specific body chemistry -- no more trial and error.
Getting Started Is Simple
Most new patients in Burlington are seen within one week. Here is what to expect:
Step 1: Fill out our contact form or call us. We will get back to you within one business day.
Step 2: Complete a short intake questionnaire before your first visit.
Step 3: Meet with your provider for a comprehensive evaluation -- usually 45 to 60 minutes.
Step 4: Leave with a clear plan and, if appropriate, a prescription you can fill that same day.
Insurance and Cost
We accept most major insurance plans in North Carolina, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and several Medicaid managed care plans. If you are uninsured or prefer not to use insurance, we offer straightforward self-pay rates with no hidden fees.
Built for Burlington
Whether you work at LabCorp, teach in the Alamance-Burlington School System, study at Elon University, or commute along the I-40 corridor -- getting mental health care should not feel like another thing on your to-do list. Our Burlington office is designed to fit into your schedule, not the other way around. Same-week appointments. Clear communication. A provider who actually listens.
You do not have to keep pushing through on your own. Reach out today and we will get you on the schedule this week.
