Who We Help in High Point
High Point built its reputation on hard work -- generations of families in the furniture industry, manufacturing lines, and the twice-yearly Market that puts this city on the global map. But hard-working communities often put their own needs last. If you have been dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other mental health concerns and keep telling yourself you will get around to it eventually -- we are making it easy to get around to it now.
Triad Mental Health Partners serves High Point and the surrounding Guilford County communities, including Emerywood, Westchester, Deep River, Archdale, Thomasville, and Trinity. You do not have to drive to Greensboro or Winston-Salem for quality psychiatric care.
What We Treat
We provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults. Our providers treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, PMDD, insomnia, and a range of other conditions. We do not offer therapy or counseling -- our focus is specifically on finding the right medication and making sure it is actually working.
For patients who have tried multiple medications without finding the right fit, we offer GeneSight genetic testing. A simple cheek swab can reveal how your body processes different psychiatric medications, helping us make smarter prescribing decisions from the start.
Getting Started Is Simple
We keep same-week appointment slots open for new patients in High Point. Here is how it works:
Step 1: Fill out our contact form or give us a call. We will get back to you within one business day.
Step 2: Complete a short intake questionnaire before your first visit.
Step 3: Meet your provider for a comprehensive evaluation -- typically 45 to 60 minutes.
Step 4: Leave with a treatment plan and, if appropriate, a same-day prescription.
Insurance and Cost
We accept most major insurance plans available in North Carolina, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and multiple Medicaid managed care plans. Self-pay options are available for patients without insurance or those who prefer to pay out of pocket.
Built for High Point
Whether you are working the showroom floor during Market, driving a route for Thomas Built Buses, teaching in Guilford County Schools, or raising a family in one of High Point's tight-knit neighborhoods -- your mental health matters as much as everything else on your plate. Probably more.
We built our practice to remove the barriers that keep people from getting help: short wait times, clear communication, and providers who treat you like a person, not a chart number. Reach out today and we will get you on the schedule this week.
