Frequently Asked Questions About St. George Care

Do you accept SelectHealth and Molina insurance?

Do you see patients from Hurricane, Washington City, and Santa Clara?
Yes. We serve adults throughout Washington County including St. George, Washington City, Santa Clara, Ivins, Hurricane, La Verkin, Leeds, and surrounding communities.
I am a snowbird or seasonal resident. Can I get care during part of the year?
Yes. We work with seasonal residents who need consistent mental health care while they are in southern Utah. We can coordinate with your provider in your home state to ensure continuity of treatment.
Do you treat retirees and older adults?
Yes. We treat adults of all ages. Retirement can bring new mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment difficulties. There is no upper age limit for mental health care.
Can I get an ESA letter for my apartment in St. George?
If you have a qualifying mental health condition and your animal provides documented helpful benefit, an ESA letter may be right. We conduct a real clinical check-up -- not a rubber-stamp process. Contact us to schedule an assessment.
Do you work with Utah Tech University students?
Yes. We see students from Utah Tech (formerly Dixie State University) for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other conditions. No campus health referral is needed. Most student insurance plans are accepted.
How long does it take to get results from GeneSight testing?
After the cheek swab is collected at our office, results typically come back from the lab within 3-5 business days. Your provider will review the results with you and explain how they affect your medication plan.
