Colorado Springs Psychiatry and Mental Health provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, GeneSight testing, and ESA letters for adults and teens 15 and older. This is psychiatry -- medication management, not talk therapy. Your first appointment is about 60 minutes. We ask direct questions, listen to straight answers, and build a treatment plan based on evidence -- not guesswork. No wasted time. No runaround.
If prior medications failed, GeneSight testing shows how your body processes different drugs so we stop guessing and start prescribing based on your genetics. We also offer ESA evaluations for patients who qualify.

Getting Started
New patients are usually seen within one week. Your first visit is about 60 minutes. Bring your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any prior records. We accept Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, TRICARE, and Health First Colorado (Medicaid). Kaiser patients -- we are not in-network with Kaiser, but cash pay is available.
