Frequently Asked Questions About Las Vegas Care

How fast can I get an appointment?
Most new patients are seen within 3-5 business days. Sometimes same-week or even same-day if there's a cancellation. We know waiting months isn't an option when you're struggling.
How quickly can I get an appointment in Las Vegas?
Most new patients are seen within one week. We keep same-week slots open for new patients.
Do you accept Nevada Medicaid?
Yes. We accept Nevada Medicaid plans including SilverSummit and Anthem Medicaid. We also accept Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Cash pay is available.
Are all your appointments the same quality?
Yes. No matter how you meet with your provider, you get the same board-certified care, the same treatment plans, and the same follow-up. We make it easy to fit appointments around your schedule.
Do you see patients who work night shifts?
Yes. We know Las Vegas does not run on a 9-to-5 schedule. We offer appointment times that work for shift workers, including hospitality, healthcare, and casino employees.
What if I don't have insurance?
We offer self-pay rates. Call us at (702) 703-5997 and we'll give you a clear price upfront. No surprise bills.
Do you treat children and teenagers?
Yes. We see children, teenagers, and adults. Common reasons families bring in younger patients include ADHD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.
Do you treat children?
Yes, we see patients ages 6 and up. Our providers have experience with childhood ADHD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.
Do you prescribe controlled substances for ADHD?
Yes. If a controlled medication like Adderall, Vyvanse, or Concerta is right for your diagnosis, we prescribe it. We also offer non-stimulant options like Strattera and Wellbutrin.
Can I get an ESA letter at my first appointment?
In some cases, yes. An Emotional Support Animal letter requires a mental health check-up. If you qualify at your first visit, we can provide the letter that day.
